Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule you must do so at least 48 hours before your sessions. There is no refunds on any services, events or products. Being a no show after 15 minutes of appointment start time it will be considered a missed appointment. To cancel or reschedule please reach out to Brittney at shop.bybc@gmail.com
