Everyone needs a time and place to reset in life, not just once, but many times over. I was so grateful to be a part of and undergo one of the many, through this collective hike/sound bath. Before the hike began, I set my intention to find peace, and after I left with peace. It was a relaxing and liberating, yet strengthening experience.
